It is a master blenders job to carefully mix together a number of single malt Whiskies in order to create the perfect taste. Resulting in a milder, more consistent flavour, blended Irish Whiskey is one of the world’s most popular drinks and it is easy to see why.
Each brand has its own unique and multi tonal taste with a distinct smoothness to it.
While similar to American Whiskey, blended Irish Whiskey is less sweet and is still definitely a drink to be savoured. To enjoy it at its fullest, simply drink it straight up or with a small splash of water or even a cube of ice. This way you get to taste the essence of the distilling journey, from the mix of grains used in fermentation to the barrels it was matured in. Each batch is casked for a minimum of three years, with different years carrying a different depth of flavour.
