The lightest in hue of the Tequila family, Silver or Blanco Tequila as it is known is a clear, fresh-tasting and pure spirit. Often made exclusively with Agave, which is roasted, mashed and then fermented, Blanco Tequila is then briefly rested for less than 60 days in stainless steel barrels before being bottled.
Unlike a lot of other Tequilas, Blanco is considered one of the purest spirits on the market. It could be because it doesn't have different flavours added into it during the maturation process and so keeps hold of its signature Agave tones.
