Giffard was created in France by a pharmacist who carried out research on mint and discovered huge benefits. After years of perfecting, Emile Giffard created a pure white mint liqueur and turned his pharmacy into a distillery. The process of distilling, and finding the most refined ingredients including aromatic plants and exceptional fruits, was passed down within the family.
Generations later, Giffard is still a family run business with nature at the centre of their liqueurs and syrups. The liqueurs can be enjoyed in many different refreshing cocktails. The syrups are perfect for non-alcoholic beverages.
