Rose Wine
Rose takes its colour, which can range from pale pink to light red, from the addition of grape skins in the early part of the grape processing process. Although in terms of flavour and dryness it’s more similar to a white wine, rose is quite versatile, lending itself equally well to a variety of foods.
It’s also delightful as a sipper by itself, or served with cheese and fruits as a way to begin or finish a meal.
